You are Not Alone

A ministry of St. Bridget offering faith, fellowship, encouragement and the sharing of information on issues related to mental health. It is open to both those who suffer from mental illness and to those who are family/friends with those with a mental illness diagnosis.  Mental illness encompasses biological, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions of the individuals affected and in the lives of family members. Since individuals with a diagnosis of mental illness and their families can often feel isolated and stigmatized, this ministry offers a place to talk and learn from others. You are Not Alone meets the first Thursday of every month at Mitchell Hall – Room A.
